I really love the scheduling of the classes, as the power core yoga classes are high quality, there is always a good class to go to. The teachers are welcoming and engaging with the students. I feel that I am always welcome there to work on my body, posture, and emotions.

I love the C2 guided practice with Mari, she had a fun April fools joke on the class and then made it an amazing theme during the class.
It has given me the peace and stillness I never get in the chaotic busyness of life. It has encouraged me to be kinder to myself and gave me the confidence that I am more than enough.
Love the studio! I just have one small suggestion. I think it would be great to have some storage or wall hooks on the large long wall right outside the doors of the studios for us to hang our jackets and store our small items .

Loved the challenging sculpt class Monday 12:30! The sub kept the class going with encouragement and very good flow! The studio is clean and well kept. Keep up the good work!!!!!
Enjoy the yoga classes whenever I have taken a class at either Tustin or Mission Viejo. The teachers take time to give position options and levels to help to make it easier or harder. Love the instruction and the feeling after class!
