They have wide variety of classes, the studio is almost always clean, and staffs are kind and friendly. I'd be happy if they offer more C1 and C1.5 classes.

I like the variety of different levels and types of classes, as well as multiple times that work for my schedule. I have loved the addition of the Tef Loght therapy panels to some of the classes and would definitely recommend CorePower and keeps them as a choice for us students, as well as add even more classes with them each day. I would like to see other studios have them too. I instructors are very upbeat, well trained and highly encouraging

Why?
-Sets positive expectations at the beginning of class making it a Safe and FUN environment
-Shows personality and versatility
-Gives EXCELLENT cues which includes where you should be feeling the exercise, form to keep everyone safe, and modifications so the students can make it their own practice.
-She checks in throughout class to make sure the class is doing OK and tells us what to expect next.
Now, you would think ALL the instructors do this. They do not.
Pia also is extremely welcoming coming in to class and leaving. She creates a community.

Great class & instructor. A great challenge
Core power classes provide an opportunity to develop the mind and body. The instructors provide classes that are creative and inspiring.
Great teachers and clean studio. It would be nice if there was a daily 1200 CSX class and a daily C2 class. Those are my two favorite classes and middle of the day classes work best for me.

I have taken close to 800 classes at Core Power and plan to attend many more. There isn’t anything don’t like at my CPY studio in Mission Viejo. The instructors are wonderful and it’s always clean. I enjoy participating in many sports and activities. From CSX to HPF all of the class types fit in perfectly with what I am doing day to day. Core Power Mission Viejo is very welcoming to any and everyone.
