Great teachers ! That’s why I keep coming back! I love each teacher’s style. Also, Brea location has lots of parking and their studio is always clean! There are showers and lockers for men and women. Their app is super easy to book your classes! I’m on the unlimited monthly plan and I take advantage by going 5 times a week. It’s worth every penny!
Great workout
My sister, dad, and I did the free trial week and were able to make it to 3 Sculpt classes. Each one was slightly different which I liked, but all very challenging. I felt that the space was welcoming and I was able to adjust the difficulty to my personal needs and push myself further than I normally would.
Jen is a great teacher and I love her class. I used to love core power but during the pandemic some of the teachers didn’t enforce the rules. A rude woman next to me wouldnt wear a mask (she also did sit ups during sivasana). My dad was in a nursing home and dying. I had to quit because I couldn’t risk getting sick and giving it to my dad or not seeing my dad. It was so hurtful that corepower didn’t care about me even after I complained.
Absolutely love this local hot yoga community class. Every session leaves me feeling noticeably more relaxed, looser, and lighter in both body and mind. The heat helps release deep tension I didn’t even realize I was holding, and by the end of class I feel open, calm, and reset.
The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and really make it feel like a supportive community rather than just a workout. It’s the perfect balance of challenge, flow, and restoration. If you want to leave class feeling centered, stretched out, and truly refreshed, this is the place to be.

But now that I’m a member and have been going several times a week I’ve noticed the lack of cleanliness. It’s a shame, it’s yucky.
This studio is my safe space and all of the instructors are wonderful :) thank you all for being so great!!
FI CorePower was a great experience. Our instructor Penny offered a great practice and it was fun. I learned I can do a supported pistol squat.

I love my CorePower Yoga experience! The workouts are always solid, innovative, and really well-targeted—you can tell each class is designed to work different muscle groups in a smart, intentional way. The instructors do such a great job creating a flow that feels safe and super effective. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and always encourages feedback or questions, which makes the classes feel supportive and inclusive. Overall, it’s just a fantastic company, and I truly love having a membership!
