I love starting my Saturday Mornings at Fashion Island and with her coaching a sculpt class.
The time FLYs by...her sequencing is so effective not only with keeping you engaged the entire time, feeling a all around balanced class-upper/lower body, proper warm up, cool down, and amazing AB exercises. Pia does a good job connecting with the class checking in, bringing in her personality and is all around likeable.
PLEASE recognize her for another job well done and get her on the schedule permanently.

Very friendly, and the place is very clean.
Love this place. I started doing yoga about 2 months ago and it has really helped with my aches and pains. Ash’s HPF classes are amazing. I also really like the flexibility of the classes. There are up to 19 or more classes a day sometimes.

First let me say that I love core power, love. The instructors are amazing, however Costa Mesa is more easy going and people (not staff) are friendlier and more polite. It’s less chaotic at Costa Mesa and cleaner! I do love both locations and instructors are amazing!!

I like the heat temperature and intensity of the sculpt classes. I also like the schedule, many options in a day.
With summer coming soon, it would be nice to have more non-heated class options (like C1) in the morning or afternoons during the week.
Teachers are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The studio is clean and organized. The schedule is good but I would like middle of the day CSX everyday. 1200 CSX followed by 1pm C2 or even C1 would be awesome
