Anna Rose is a fabulous, engaged teacher.
I absolutely LOVE the instructors at LoHi!! They bring such knowledge, passion, energy, and positive energy to each and every class!! Let's face it; you offer the same yoga classes as every Core Power, but your instructors set you apart!!! Keep it up, LoHi!!
Everyone is really friendly and it's a clean and pretty space.
The LoHi studio is the only location that offers my favorite class - core cardio circuit. This class is the reason I became a black tag member and I really like that it's offered over the weekday lunch hour. Please never get rid of this class!
I also really like the LoHi studio facility - it's in a great location, has nice sized rooms and a good locker room that's always clean.
Loved it! Love Kendall sooo much!
Lindsey was awesome!! Perfect heat in the room, and loved her flow!

Consistent experience but you still get uniqueness from each instructor. I always know that it's going to be a fun, relaxing environment and a hard workout.
I love the studio ambiance. Also the quality of the instructors.
Tons of classes available, amazing instructors
Friends at CorePower LoHi,
I've been a happy member of the CorePower community for a number of years now and am typically a 10 out of 10 on the NPS scale as a member and student. I had a concerning experience at your 7:30PM Hot Power Fusion class last night (1/14) that I do want you to be aware of.
I've never had to leave one of your classes before and I've rarely even had to break from the flow to catch my breath during a class. Last night, at first I was concerned that my lack of frequency was really getting to me but then realized that by 30 minutes into the class, the majority of the class was significantly struggling. Towards the end of the class, my lips went numb and I decided to take shavasana early. After a few minutes of laying still, I was still unable to gain any comfort in the heat and went into the hallway early, along with the two people next to me. At that point, there was a girl from the class being fanned off after passing out and probably close to 15 other people from the class laying in the hallway trying to catch their breath. I'm sure that you've already heard from a number of people in that class, but I wanted to add my concern here. I hope you'll be able to take this as a safety precaution for classes moving forward, and also hopefully refund those of us that payed the hefty $25 drop in fee.
Again, I love being a part of the CorePower community and will continue to frequent the LoHi studio, but want to urge you to address the safety concerns of this particular HPF class. Appreciate your thought.

The the lovely people at Corepower Yoga. I have been a longtime member of your program - for well over 3 years and have loved it through and through. I recently took a hiatus due to injury and stepped back into the studio last week for the first time. Last night, (1/14), I took a HPF class at the LoHi studio and experienced something extremely concerning. During the class, I became overwhelmingly hot (sounds ironic, I know), but figured that it was due to said hiatus and I wasn't used to the temperature. However, my friend next to me looked over and said her lips were going numb, as well as the girl next to her. At that point, we decided to leave the class. Over the next few minutes, over half the class began to trickle out before the end, with one girl experiencing severe heat stroke and needing to be laid down and fanned/cooled.
This is not something I would normally write to you about; however, it was an alarming scene. 15-18 people sitting outside the studio trying to catch their breath, heaving for air, and lying on their backs. I kept my score at a 9 because this has never happened before and I do not repremand the studio or even the teacher. But I needed to bring this to your attention. Having paid $20 for a drop-in class, I cannot say that this experience was even a remotely pleasant one.
Thanks,

I love the location because it is very close to my work. I enjoy coming to the 5:15 class with Tim. It's my favorite class.
Your instructors, multiple yoga rooms to practice.
Nothing like a good stretch and sweat!!
Please PLEASE don’t take away Core Cardio. The 11am classes have been completely full for the past few months and are the perfect workout for people looking for a short lunch time workout. The 50 minute sessions are perfect for being able to workout and get back to the office without being MIA for too long.

Everything was awesome!
