What do you like about our products and services?

The Highlands studio is closer to my home, but I like the yoga-spa like feel of LoHi and also the option of Ryder classes. I'm recovering from an elbow dislocation and cannot do a lot of yoga right now, but still need to sweat.
Staff have been helpful and just the large area of the studios and the shower are really awesome!

The location is great, and I like that there are a few of my favorite classes and instructors that make the workouts challenging: Marnie/Sculpt and Ryder, Renee's Ryder, Cari-Sculpt

What do you like about our products and services?

CPY LoHi is a community - something that I have been looking for in my Denver community. The classes are consistent, the studio is clean and welcoming and the instructors are passionate about what they do. My friend from work, Lindsey Lee, is solely responsible for getting me to my mat at CPY LoHi and my only regret is that I didn't do so sooner.

The thing I like most are the number of classes every day. There's usually something that fits my schedule whether it's 6am, 10am, or 6pm. I also love the spin classes at LoHi.
