Huong teaches one of the most authentic Yoga Sculpt classes at LOHI. .. the original recipe..... There is actually yoga, weights, cardio, core, cool down stretch and svasana. I'm sorry to hear she's moving!
And, other Yoga Sculpt teaches not doing that are also really great too: Devon Sh, Sarah Bi, and gold stars to Julia O!
One enjoy the instructors and friendly atmosphere. I also enjoy the diversity and frequency of classes allowing me to choose to fit my personal schedule.

I have been to several core power studios. I was visiting from out of town and came to Lohi one twice. The two teachers I had were the best I have had at any core power anywhere. Really excellent. The prompts were so clear. The flows so good. The support challenge balance just right. The mindfulness and breath awareness just right. Loved it. Wish I lived closer.

Emilie has great energy and leads in a helpful and non-invasive way. I get to practice in my own way an she is there to guide and suggest things. Great heat and humidity too.

I was so excited to see one of my favorite yoga instructors from Westminster (Amanda) was teaching a class at LoHi! Her class was fantastic! The studio was great, except that it's super hot in there, including the water coming out of the bathroom sinks. I always look for cool water to splash on my face after heated yoga, so was a bit surprised by the hot sink water ;) Not a huge deal though! Great studio and class!

I really like the instructors and the quality of the classes. The studio is very nice and clean too. I like the floors! It’s a welcoming place and I enjoy the special classes they have, like yoga with sound bath, immensely!
I love Mallory's HPF classes. She is the best! The heat level in her class is where is should be to gain the benefits of hot yoga. Really appreciate that she understands the practice. Thank you, Mallory!

Mallory C2 - however the room never needs to be that hot WTF?!?! is the point of that? It causes people to stop breathing. .. not good!

This has been my go to studio for several years. The teachers are always good and kind.
I have to say the bathroom needs some serious love. I am sure it’s expensive to fix the place up but the bathroom is in need of repair.
I loved the class I took with Olivia Ewing! She made it fun and challenging. Even though there were several people in class, it felt smaller because of the way she connected with the attendees.

I loved my sculpt class with Sophie!! It was such a wonderful workout and a hard, but fun class. She was a great teacher who made the whole class my favorite!
