All of the teachers have great energy and inspire you to better yourself. The classes are sometimes really full, but you still get a good workout.

I like the different guides that teach the C2 classes. I enjoy a different class each time I go. Have the same class is to much repetition and becomes boring. I will loose interest and attend another class in a different location to achieve variety. I enjoy the group teaching and hands on adjustments. Kada is an excellent guide.
I absolutely love your hot yoga with the teavher piteck! She encourages you to do your best while always adding meanigful mantras or sayings to enrich my practice. Also love how she adds health benefits of some positions! I LOVE THE HEAT!:)

This was my first time attending a class at CorePower Yoga while in Denver visiting a friend. The sculpt class had a great tempo and the instructor was very motivating. What a great workout! I wish there was a CorePower in Iowa City, IA!
Yoga at CorePower is rejuvenating, strengthening, and really aids personal development. The LoHi location is clean, the instructors are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. I appreciate the variety of classes. Thanks for everything you do!

I live in Boston Massachusetts and take core power classes in the Mass area. I was visiting Denver this past weekend and decided to take a core power class yoga sculpt class, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. My instructor was Lindsey, and she was amazing. Loved the music, actually asked her for her playlist afterwards. The class was taught very differently as opposed to the YS classes I've been taking in Boston. While I was challenged in both the Denver and Boston classes, the Denver studio vibe was more therapeutic and less routine. While I received an intense work out in the Denver location, I liked that the class wasn't focused on just getting a work out in but rather the mental presence and serenity that yoga offers too.
