Every class is different, and I get a great sweat after every class! I love alternating between sculpt and C2. My body feels great!

Inside of the building is beautiful and very calming, the studio I was in could’ve used one more wall of mirrors but other than that everything about this visit was fabulous

the Instructor was great. She gave very clear direction which allowed the group to make the proper adjustments.
My only complaint, not just with this location but most of the CO locations, is they do not really offer C1 classes in the evening. I’m sure for others patrons leaving work in the middle of the day isn’t an option to get to the 1 class they offer for the day.
