I hadn't been to see Jo in quite some time, just with scheduling conflicts on my end. I was reminded how much I loved and resonated with her and her class. Also realizing how difficult it is to speak for an hour when there aren't as many poses/there isn't a flow. Great way to cap off the weekend.
It’s amazing but please do more 45 minute sculpts

i love this studio. the classes are both challenging and inclusive. The instructors vary in their styles but you always walk out feeling like you had an amazing workout.
I like coming to my favorite teachers glasses and being welcomed by them before class. I like when the music matches the intensity of the flow both slow and fast. It can change your whole experience that day. I did love how a teacher last year offered cold towels with essential oils last year on new years after class . That was SO nice. It’d be great to have that more often or as a normal thing.
Good workout. Nice showers, facilities. However, the class I attended was quite crowded
Nice studio, friendly staff. Several classes are a little crowded (maybe offer more classes so each class can have a little more space?).
i like the studio, instructors, and types of classes taught but lately some of the classes have had way too many people squeezed in and it's hard to focus on your form when you're up against a column or have a strangers foot getting dangerously close to your face

Hot power fusion. And the HOT ROOM.
Unfortunately, lately yoga etiquette has not been emphasized. People talking and coming and going when they come please. It is very distracting!
Also, new students have been asking for the temperature to be lowered in the hot power fusion class. It is a hot yoga class and the frequent, loyal students to your facility want hot yoga.
We signed up for HOT YOGA.
PLEASE FIX the door handle for studio 2. The clanging is very disruptive before, during and after class.
Always a challenge.
