Lots of class options during the week. Mostly great instructors including Robyn, Emilie, & Enchante.
Sometimes the classes get too full, even if you get there 10-15 minutes early. There isn’t enough space for shoes & coats. Overall, I’d recommend CPY who wants a great workout.

The instructors are amazing
I think it can be very challenging to bring a level of intensity to a sculpt class virtually. But this class did just that. I was away on a trip and trying to find the best options to move my body. I tried the on demand classes, also went to a local studio, but this live class brought the intensity I was missing.
I love the LoHi studio, really great community. Taylor Lederman is one of the best instructors. I go to her classes often but find that if I don’t book at least 48 hours in advance for her Wednesday 5pm sculpt class, it’s totally full and often the waitlist is even full. It would be great if Taylor had studio 1 and not the small studio for her 5pm sculpt. She’s really one of the best and one reason I love the LoHi studio so much!!

I think there could be a lot more done to make the members feel special and create an intentional community. I love this place so much and I’d love to help in regards to implementing some fun ideas that would create more of a vibe and connection between members. Please feel free to reach out if interested, or pass this along to someone I can speak to about this. Sherri Tobin is by far the BEST instructor I’ve ever had. You can feel her love and her energy is unmatched. She’s ruined every other class for me because no one compares to her. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!!
