I really like the informative instruction and feel of the studios. I like that it's more than a fitness place and that it feels spiritual too.

I would like the morning classes to not be the same class each time. For example, the 6:30 am class should not be sculpt every time. It needs to vary thank you.

I've taken lots of yoga classes, and in particular, a lot of yoga classes in Paris, France. I hope you would consider opening up a location there, because the yoga out there is so completely inferior to what Corepower Yoga offers.

I love that the classes are challenging and that I end up in a sweat and dying when I'm doing the moves. I looove the Yoga sculpt class and think they are amazing!!! Absolutely amazing. The Corepower 2 yoga class was great but also a little too hot for me. I am hoping you will add more cardio, hit (high intensity training), with yoga just like the Yoga sculpt class. I love that it's done with weights. Also, I would like it if you made this class 1 hour and 15 minutes or 90 minutes even.

The teachers are all trained very well, and I have been impressed with their performances. After having a variety of teachers in France, none whom I particularly cared for, this is really refreshing.

Monika is a great teacher. Her classes are well thought out. She is both funny and inspiring.

The instructors, & the physical space of the studio

I like that your evening CP1 & Sculpt are conducive to my work schedule (I work down the street) because I live in Walnut Creek & can't always get home in time for their earlier evening classes. I love that I can use any studio under my membership.
