Classes are consistently good. Teachers are encouraging and friendly. I especially like when the music is less yoga like and more upbeat. Facilities are good as well.

I like consistency of offerings and friendly and qualified personnel. And a free class once in a while.

Availability and variety of classes

The teachers are encouraging and fun, the exercise is intense and thorough, and the music keeps us going.

I love the teachers and environment. I give everything 5 stars except I wish there were later classes on Fri, Sat, Sun.

Consistently high quality classes.

Class was great and just what I needed. First time at Core Power and my instructor gave me a mini-massage at the end which felt amazing.

However...floor was kinda dirty in the studio and the dirty towels were overflowing in the ladies locker room.

I live in Tahoe and wish core power was here!

I liked the heat and the flow.

The teaching has seemed to improve with tougher sculpt classes and increased teaching it appears of Megan and Heather. More teachers as challenging as they are for sculpt would be fantastic.

Being homeless for almost two years Corepower has kept me centered in too many ways to count! I have always felt welcomed and never judged. People often ask me how do I survive and how do I stay so fit, and I love telling them about my classes and teachers at Corepower. I would highly recommend this place!
