I loved my Yoga Sculpt class this morning, I had DeShauna and loved her. She was very motivating and had a very nice playlist. It was very fun and encouraging! 10/10 recommend

The heat! I love the majority of the classes. There are a couple teachers I don’t particularly like but over I love coming to hot yoga.
Great classes, spacious studios, good heat and good locker rooms. Parking also a plus.
I love the studio and everyone is super kind. My only suggestion is for the studios to be sweeped and cleaned more frequently. I often find things getting stuck to me from the floor, which is not ideal.
the community building: free community classes makes yoga accessible, and the out of studio yoga hikes are a fun + creative way to get in a workout while also building community. love corepower!!!!!

Sabrina was encouraging and guided the packed holiday class with ease! After class, she went well beyond what I could have expected in answering some questions for me as a beginner.

Very comfortable place to do group exercise- love the lighting! And instructors were wonderful
I like coming to core power sculpt classes. I like the results I get from using weights in combination with yoga (or recently pilates) movements. I like working out to music in a group and the teachers are nice. Unfortunately some teachers play the music so loud my ears hurt so I am concerned about that since that can cause actual hearing loss. I think I will keep coming, but hope that part changes. I want my workouts to be 100% healthy.
I like the convenience of a variety of classes at times that work for my schedule. I know that the quality of the instructors will be great no matter which class I choose, so I'm free to choose the class that works best for me on a given day.
Dora's Pilates/YS Fusion class is top-notch! She brings great energy, in addition to trustworthy instruction and endless motivation. Her 2000s throwback playlists have become my weekly dose of nostalgia. This class is an excellent addition to the schedule, and I'm looking forward to many more hours of Dora's terrific guidance. Berkeley West found a real winner!
Teachers and staff at this location are excellent! Kailee especially is an exceptional instructor.

This instructor and class were specifically one of the most challenging, yet most enjoyable, classes I've taken. I loved the combined yoga and Pilates fusion, and I loved the music that Emma, our instructor, played. The class targeted the muscle groups and focus I was trying to gain and I wish there were more hot yogalates classes exactly like this! Will definitely sign up for a class with Emma again!

I love the C2 classes and overall vibe of Berkeley West. I have also been a long time attendee at Freemont SF and a bit in Berkeley Downtown. Raissa has an amazing class.
I absolutely loved the C@ class I took last Saturday with Lesley. On thing I've been disappointed about recently is that there is so much phone use in the studio. People are literally texting DURING class and taking selfies. It has gotten so much worse and Berkeley West doesn't do anything about it like the other CPY studios.
