Enjoyed practicing at Berkeley West! Studio is fairly clean and well stocked. Teachers are friendly and helpful with transitioning students to each class and studio. Although getting into the parking lot is a bit of a challenge with no available access through back after making the turn. U-turns not allowed. Also, parking is pretty limited as well. Other than that, great studio to practice at. The setting is amazing at sunset! Namaste~
Such a wonderful variety of instructors and classes. So challenging but yet so comfortable and familiar.
The classes are varied and always a fun challenge, and the instructors are kind and knowledgeable. As an older woman, I feel welcomed and accepted. Movements are modified to my capabilities. The studios are bright, clean and spacious. I'm fairly new to a regular yoga practice and my mat has quickly become one of my happy places!

Every teacher is amazing, I’m sorry to hear about the supposed shady things that can happen at diff core power yogas. Fortunately, I feel none of those vibes here.

Instructor was terrific. Loved the way she suggested options. I stink at balance and worked-out accordingly. First time doing hot yoga, nothing to be daunted by jumping in and trying it!
One note: the music was too forward, made it hard to hear the sweet, instructive voice of the teacher periodically.
The variety and the amazing instructors!
I love Corepower yoga! I've tried so many different studios, and have all too often felt like I wasted money attending a class that wasn't quite what I wanted or expected. I love that I can always trust the reliability and predictability of CPY. Plus the variety of classes, the variety of day/time options, and the welcoming atmosphere so I feel comfortable practicing even when I'm not feeling out of shape or like an expert yogi. CPY gives me what I need to constantly improve my best self, both on the mat and off.
