Great instructor, environment and clean facility. FYI after one class I felt less of the normal aches and pains that I normally feel and I now sleep much better. I now do a few a the exercise's before I go night- night and yes I am starting to sleep much better. Thank you!! And no more fricken ibuprofen for me !!

I am a regular at both Shattuck and Berkeley West. I follow my favorite instructors. I am loving Erica's T/TH morning classes - this is my favorite time for yoga, and there is no better way to start my day, Megan's always killer Saturday morning and First name removed's always amazing Sunday 10:15. I am hoping you will either do Boot Camp again, or add a cardio circuit! Thank you Core Power - I roll up to the studios looking forward to an amazing body/mind experience every time.

Its clean and yoga classes are appropriately long, music is good. Just products are too pricey, I bought a towel, which was priced 4 times outside for same quality.
