I really like the yoga sculpt class. I like The different instructors and how they add different flows to their classes. They offer a variety of different times to their classes also which helps me a lot because of my flexible schedule.

Love everyone there! It’s a very friendly & welcoming studio. Nisreen is awesome! Thanks for adding HPF Tue/Thu am! Love Liann’s class—she’s so uplifting & has such amazing positive energy! I am happier & have more energy after her class—and she inspires me to strive to be a better version of myself! What a tremendous gift---I am so grateful to be able to take her class and all CPY classes!
