Hi just a suggestion. Perhaps this was already addressed with Mall Management, but is there a way to ask the Mall if they can open up the parking area in front of the studio so the 6 am yogis can park? I’ve observed the security guard standing watch to make sure nobody sneaks in. It’s ridiculous that he would do this and for the Mall not to allow 45-50 yogis not to park there for the first class.

Theresa is such a good teacher! She has it all (I have been doing yoga for 30 years). Perfect cueing, pacing, relentless, nice, smiley... very professional.

Theresa, Victoria and Maka are the best instructors ever!!!! I love their classes at kahala! You must go when these instructors are teaching! They motivate and instruct so well! These three have good energy vibes that motivate you to try harder and push yourself past your limits! Made me stronger and I love going everyday! Absolutely needed this in my life! So happy and grateful to be instructed by such professional teachers!

The studio is always clean, the teachers are welcoming and friendly, and I get great yoga and sculpt workouts. There are plenty of classes that help me fit it in my schedule.

Excellent Yoga sculpt teachers. The instructors are always very welcoming on greeting the students when checking in for class. The Yoga sculpt class itself is very high energy, well-rounded, and fun. Love the variety of exercises that are integrated into each yoga sculpt class. The enthusiasm The teachers have is infectious and inspiring. Really enjoy the community feel of this particular studio

Theresa is a great instructor. The sound level of her background music was perfect. Her instructions are clear and everyone around me said she is a great instructor.

Finally got the right leadership at this studio! Someone who is willing to listen to its clients’ feedback/suggestions. Have been enjoying the latest lineup of morning instructors! Heard Gio will be back teaching at Kahala! Yay!

FINALLY!! A manager who cares about the community and hiring the best instructors and building a schedule that the students are asking for!!! I've noticed former instructors and yogis are returning.

I’m a Core Power member for 8 years and I like the talented and encouraging instructors who guide us through excellent sequences of C2 vinyasa to flow, be present, activate Core, and balance. The Core power experience is rooted in the heart of people practicing yoga together without judgement but with enthusiasm and positivity. Thank you Kahala team!!!! Aloha!

THE TEACHERS ARE THE BEST AND ENJOY THE ENERGY AND FLOW! TEACHERS LIKE LIANN, CAMBRIE, THERESA, SAMMY E, CHELSEA, KAREN, SCARLETT, KUULEI, JUST TO NAME A FEW.

The classes fit perfectly the level of training I need by providing me both strength and flexibility. There are ample classes so I can fit them into my schedule.

Both Maka and Sammy were excellent sculpt instructors! We were visiting from California, and Sammy was very friendly, personable, and welcoming! We enjoyed our experience at this studio.

I love the convenience of the location (I live in Kahala), the different levels and format of classes, wonderful instructors and warm community.

If there is one compliant, I have recently encountered people speaking on their cell phones inside the studio while waiting for class to start. I find this intrusive especially before yoga classes as it is time to unwind and prepare our minds for our practice. (It is tolerable before sculpt because of the louder music, noise and different energy.) Maka mentioned this once at the beginning of class, and I really I appreciated that. I hope that there could be more spreading of awareness regarding etiquette.

Also, I wish that C3 would be offered again at Kahala and that seasoned instructors such as Theresa, Suzanne, Melissa, Maka, Bonnie taught more classes at Kahala.

Having said this, I love CorePower Hawaii and can’t live without it!
