Easy to get to and there is parking. Love the amenities. Love the classes. It does not matter what you wear or what size of age you are... you are welcome and encouraged here.
Great classes but quite expensive.
the first class I took i couldn't hear the instructor at all. She never went around and made any adjustments. I went back the next day and I couldvhear the instructor, she had lots of energy and I really enjoyed her class.

Clean facilities to shower
Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Can't wait to go back! Very clean and absolutely love all the complimentary sanitary and shower products! I would pay to go back again!
Too bad there's not a studio closer to the leeward side. I would go everyday!
Please, PLEASE.... open a studio in Mililani Or Waipio area. U will have all the yogis from this side. Please send this Corp and ask them to open a studio on the leeward side.

I really enjoy the yoga sculpt classes, especially when there is some kickboxing incorporated into the class! The instructors are great and genuinely care about the members, especially Matt H at the Kahala location. He's awesome! I like the variety of classes too.
I do wish there were more yoga sculpt night classes on weekdays (7p and on) since I work full time and cannot get to the early evening classes on a regular basis.

Loved the atmosphere and energy from the yoga instructors. I did the CPY2 and CPY1 back to back during my vacation and loved it.
