Teachers are awesome..
I love the teachers because they are so friendly and after the class my body feels so refreshed.
Feel like the classes lately have been more fun, with different flow variations. Plus kahala isn't as crazy as ward. Wish there was another studio at kahala though, so there would be more class offerings.

The amount of classes offered and the time options giving one the opportunity to go almost any time of day . The instructors are good. The intensity is great. The variety is awesome. The location is very convenient.

Kahala is my favorite studio on Oahu (even though there are only 3). I think the employees are friendly and I love the sales!

Instructors aren't fantastic and energetic. I have tried almost every class and I truly enjoy them all.
I love that there are classes at a variety of times throughout the day and I love all the instructors! I would love to see classes be at different times throughout the week-- for example, some days have Sculpt at 3:30, and some days HPF at 3:30, or C2, etc. Kahala is a great studio to practice at!
