Also, maybe require your teachers to change up their playlists. I attend the same classes every week and the music gets a bit old after hearing it 6 weeks in a row

My last class there on Sunday was my favorite sculpt I've ever taken in denver.. Instructor Reagan (I think) was awesome. .super sweet, challenging, motivating and down to earth. It also honestly was the first time I've received an adjustment ever in sculp (and think I got 4 even though class was jam packed).. which was cool. I only take that class so would be good for all instructors to focus on that more, since students like me might literally have poor form over and over again without knowing. Thanks!

Reagan, the instructor was wonderful. Her flow was smooth, enjoyable and I was still able to get a great workout!

Amazing instructors

Great instructors and classes.

The classes are different enough to provide a variety and I am never disappointed after a class. I appreciate the friendly staff and the thoughtful planning each teacher puts into the class. Play lists vary and I am always encouraged to push myself and that is a good thing. And every once in awhile if I am running late, I am grateful that no one gives me the stink eye. All the staff show lots of grace. And each time I leave I feel fortunate that my body allowed me to participate.

Consistent product depending on class, facility is clean, instructors are solid and it is not too cosmic and spiritual.

The manager was super nice and helpful with check in. The yoga instructor was great. The studio was large enough for us to fit in a regular week night class. The facility was clean and well maintained.
