Monday 4p sculpt was the BEST CPY class I’ve been to yet! I think CPY should buy the space downstairs so you can add on another studio!
You are all fabulous and provide a wonderful space for yoga! The only time I would not recommend Core Power to someone is if they could not afford it, which I know is a big issue for some.

Every class the instructor has a story or a goal to set from the get go and throughout class makes me feel very at ease and helps me when I need to do the pose differently as I am just really starting to get into my practice. I would very much recommend this location.

Shannon is a wonderful teacher. Overall great teachers and classes are not crazy full.
