I love how close it is to my building. I have been able to get to know my coworkers by inviting them to class and watch as they're pleasantly surprised at how much they love it.

I love these classes because I get the joy of working out with the meditation of yoga all in one hour. The different classes allow a new experience every time I visit.

Additionally, the locker rooms are so well maintained and useful. This was honestly a strong reason for coming back for me because I get to shower before going back to work. Not only is the facility clean but the amenities like full shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, deodorant, blow dryers and mouth wash are awesome to have.

Finally, the staff are all so friendly and fun to work with!

Awesome instructors, staff is always friendly, great locker rooms / plenty of space to get ready and always clean. Tara, Reagan, and Risa are the best! Risa's class with the Tom Petty playlist is one of the best classes I've ever been to. Keep up the great work!
