Lindsey did a great C1 class. I am usually a C2 session participant, but am recovering from a broken collar bone, so I'm enjoying the pace of C1 right now while the bone heals. Lindsey & her music were just wonderful guides.... Thanks!

Great yoga. The teachers here are good about reminding me that yoga is less about the physical workout and more about mind and spirit. The physical benefits are gravy. I need and love being reminded of that.
