Excellent teachers, clean and inviting studio, friendly staff
This is my first time coming to Core Yoga studio. Experience was amazing. Sneha’s class was terrific. She is very detail oriented, patient and encouraging.
The location, the music and instructors are amazing. I really wish there were more classes in the middle of the day (like the Henderson location) there’s a huge gap between the 12pm class and then the 5pm during the weekdays with no classes

Great workout and flexible schedule
I loved CorePower Yoga! The instructor was so great, the class was easy to follow as a beginner. Others in the class were nice as well and I used them as a guide. It was a great class and I can't wait to come back!! I love Amy!!!
I've loved every class I've taken here. They're always challenging and still fun. Every teacher has been excellent and every class format has left me feeling like I got a great workout in.

Great class! Honestly it was like insanely hard and I love it!
Peaceful and nourishing but still a tough work out. Skilled talented instructor. I go with my daughter in Dallas when she visits us. She is a nurse in Austin and loves her Core Power. I cycle between HOTWORX and gym bc we live Allen but if Core Power was closer I would go everyday!

The Yoga Sculpt classes are a great way to get strength and cardio in, I feel like I’m getting a great workout in!
quickly becoming my favorite location to go to in dfw, always very clean, parking is easy, retail always stocked, and the layout isn’t cramped
