I love the radiant heat with the yoga. I wish they had more morning class times available between 7:30 and 9am though. Earlier is difficult for me to make it and 9am is usually the latest I like to go.
I love CorePower! I was looking for a group workout setting that was welcoming, accommodating, and encouraging - CorePower checked off every box. It has been a while since I have had a consistent workout routine, and I was worried I would not be able to keep up. Each instructor has been nothing but amazing. They have taught some modifications that I can hopefully ditch in the future once I gain more strength and balance. Yoga Sculpt has been my favorite so far, but I also have enjoyed the C2 classes. I look forward to taking advantage of my membership, and I recommend everyone to give it a try. No matter where you are at in your physical journey, CorePower WestBend is a great community that offers an incredibly welcoming environment!

I like overall this location. The facilities seem a little ran down. The weights, bands and blocks have an unpleasant odor. The staff is welcoming, at times it feels not as personalized but is understanding after so many new students.
It’s challenging in the best way. My overall flexibility and stiffness has improved and after every class I feel myself getting stronger.
The instructor introduced themselves to me, talked to me about the practice before it began and followed up afterwards since it was my first class with them. I felt included in the community.
Getting back into shape, healthier me, community! Great locations all over! It’s like life in a way IMO, sometimes you might fall out..fallout of position, be tired or have things weigh on you, stress etc..but get back in the flow and be better and by thus doing so you get better, grow stronger even more so than before! Keep it moving!
The instructors always know how to both challenge and relax the body. And the playlists really hit!

Loved the yoga class I took. It was my first yoga class in many years. Crosby C was the instructor and she was very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Im excited to take more classes.
Very nice studio, modern feeling without making me feel out of place. The teacher, Zahira - was engaging, and excited, she brought great energy to the class, kept us all moving through the poses and really seemed to be interacting with the students. Great workout!

Overall good instructors
I like the location, the showers, the bathroom, I hink because this is my go to studio, i may be biased, I also like that the rooms are spacious! and the fact that parking is validated.

I love the Strength X class! I also appreciate any time the studio is doing something different. You'll find me at C3, any unique themed classes and the mash-ups are always fun. I would love to do more Restore, but the only one offered for the week doesn't usually line up with my schedule. I try to rest as hard as I play. Special shout out to Candace C. Students work hard in her classes, yet feel nurtured at the same time.

Variety of sequences and instructors.
I do think overall, across the entire enterprise, it is evident that there is a lack of foundation in concepts like principles of exercise science, biomechanics, and technique. I see instructors sometimes demonstrating with incorrect form, and lots of students using improper form, that does not get corrected by the instructors. I think some instructors need to take themselves through the workout WITH PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE that they are leading the class through as some are unrealistic to execute, or perhaps there are too many difficult things in one class, or they are placed in the wrong timing in the class.
This feedback is intended for growth purposes, I hope it will be received in that way. Happy to share more, and the comments are universal to all locations.
