CorePower offers challenging and varied workouts throughout the day. Instructors have consistency, but a lot of individual personalities and strengths.
I was visiting from out of town but wanted a great work out, which I got in addition to above and beyond service from the staff, including a summary of what to expect, a mat and a towel. The workout itself was awesome and made me wish I lived in Dallas. I am so glad my daughter has such an awesome gym available to her and will definitely be dropping by next time I visit.
The class flowed well and was challenging but alternative poses allowed me to give my body options. Amazing instructor, music, and helpful staff.
I love the classes there, instructors and vibe. It's unfortunate that your corporate office and/or management will not let me split payment for a monthly membership or I would do so. There are other yoga studios that do. You might want to reconsider your policy.

Gets my morning off to a strong start. Instructors are really good and encouraging. Jamie, Caroline, Lacey, Gabrielle, Hannah are awesome.
I am really starting to enjoy Sculpt classes at CorePower, but there are a few things that could make it better. To start, there definitely needs to be a better mic situation. In the most recent class I meant to, the teacher's was muffled due to the mic, and since I go regularly, I generally knew the flow of the class, so I could still follow, but it was hard. I have to imagine it would have been nearly impossible if you were a new attendee.
Also, I've found there are some inconsistencies on timing of the 45 minute Sculpt class. Some instructors don't end the class itself until 12:45, for example, and then there's still stretching after. I appreciate the ones who wrap a few minutes early and include stretching in the 45 minutes. As someone who attends over their lunch hour from work, it's stressful if the class goes over.

I love coming to CorePower. It has made me feel a lot better about myself & I love the atmosphere a lot. Sometimes it can be nerve wrecking at first but the more I go I feel more confident & know I am doing this to feel better about myself & look better too!
