I like the location, the showers, the bathroom, I hink because this is my go to studio, i may be biased, I also like that the rooms are spacious! and the fact that parking is validated.

I love the Strength X class! I also appreciate any time the studio is doing something different. You'll find me at C3, any unique themed classes and the mash-ups are always fun. I would love to do more Restore, but the only one offered for the week doesn't usually line up with my schedule. I try to rest as hard as I play. Special shout out to Candace C. Students work hard in her classes, yet feel nurtured at the same time.

I do think overall, across the entire enterprise, it is evident that there is a lack of foundation in concepts like principles of exercise science, biomechanics, and technique. I see instructors sometimes demonstrating with incorrect form, and lots of students using improper form, that does not get corrected by the instructors. I think some instructors need to take themselves through the workout WITH PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE that they are leading the class through as some are unrealistic to execute, or perhaps there are too many difficult things in one class, or they are placed in the wrong timing in the class.
This feedback is intended for growth purposes, I hope it will be received in that way. Happy to share more, and the comments are universal to all locations.

I think Henderson is best site in Dallas. The yogis are super nice and have changed my fitness life and happiness. Billie, Kristin, Bri are amazing. Megan and Claire at West Village are also terrific. WV and VP are runners up because of parking and shower. Billie got me started at Core Power, so I’m very grateful for her recommendation. I hope to stay a member for good. 🧘♂️💕

CorePower Yoga embodied elements of both Pilates and Vinyasa in one class. The sequence was well-cued, with smooth transitions and clear instruction that made it easy to follow while staying fully engaged. I would recommend this class to a friend or family member because it delivers a full-body workout that is both energizing and mindful, making it accessible and enjoyable for all levels.
I love the instruction and creative flows! However, I wish there was more focus and education on important the breath and meditation is in some classes. I also wish there were wet hot towels after classes!
Wonderful teachers, great sculpt classes
Preston Forest has been my " go to" for the past 3 years but I am starting to take more classes at Preston Hollow. I like the infrared heat, the metal weights and most of all I follow instructors. Deana K, Tristan R are definite standouts. I wish the studio was a tad bigger but all in all positive.

I started out at the Preston Forest location and became very unsatisfied. Customer service was lousy and cancellations were many and frequent. I decided to try the Preston Hallow location before canceling my membership. The experience at Present Hallow has been exceptional! I am glad I gave them a try.

I’m new to the CorePower Yoga family and I got a complete tour of the facility right off my first class this summer. This is so far by far the best location I’ve witnessed. All teachers make me feel welcomed, empowered and stronger. I highly recommend the Victory Park location. I wish they were closer to my side of town!
