The appointment was booked for 11:30 AM and confirmed for that time. The rep was one hour late showing up and told us that she was told the appointment was at noon. I called the office at 12 noon was told she was on her way. The same thing happened when we booked our first appointment so it would appear the scheduling issues are not resolved. We were told we would have the results of our assessment in two weeks but would not know the amount of the rebate for up to 6 months. Not a great program. Homeowners are investing in to their homes to make them more efficient as per the report we receive and then have no idea how much of rebate they will receive.
Very thorough with the inspection and answered all our questions, we learned a lot!
