J'ai été déçue par la prestation de l'inspecteur, non pas en ce qui concerne ses connaissances techniques qui semblaient bonnes, mais plutôt par son attitude et certainement par un manque d'habileté en communication. L'inspecteur semblait pressé, peu patient, parlait très vite et très fort, nous demandait de ne pas l'interrompre, et lorsqu'on posait des questions, il disait "cette question prouve que tu ne m'écoutes pas". De plus, il n'a pas simplifié les termes de la construction auxquels des premiers acheteurs ne sont pas familiers. Cependant, le rapport d'inspection était bien fait et le dossier remis par la suite était très complet.
Compagnie d'inspection bien organisée, toujours à l'heure, efficace & compétente avec une équipe exceptionnelle ! Je la recommande fortement : )

They were really caring teams, we were in rush for inspection and they booked me quickly however they were busy. Came on time, and always picked their phones and answered my questions with providing details.
Les inspecteurs AmeriSpec donnent des bons conseils aux futurs acheteurs. Ils sont toujours francs avec les problèmes que la propriété pourrait avoir. Une fois l'inspection terminé ils sont toujours disponible si le client avait des questions.
