The people at your company were generally very polite and nice.
Initially we expedited a project at your urging to get it done within the year. After that it took another two years for Amerispec to close the file and return to the property. 3 years, start to finish. During that time, there was no voicemail service or answer at the office. I had to continuously email and actually called another branch to make sure Dartmouth was still open. As of writing this I have yet to actually see the rebate land. So if there is anyone who can respond to that, most helpful.
As an overall service, I’m still confused as to how all this works and would not be recommending your services.
Chris is a competent inspector with good communication skills, which both my clients and I appreciate. I have felt confident in the inspections provided and Chris has always been quick to respond to any questions posed to him.
