The inspector arrived on time and was very thorough in their examination of the property. They took the time to explain their findings in detail, highlighting both major concerns and minor issues that I should be aware of. I appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to answer all my questions, which made me feel more informed about the condition of the home.
The report is well organized, with clear photographs and description.

From my first call to inquire about services, I felt supported. Pam answered all my questions and was cheerful and friendly. When I called back to book, she was just as wonderful. Cory, the inspector and company owner, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient with ALL of my questions (and as a first-time homebuyer, I will admit I have a near incessant amount), and provided so much helpful advice and reassurance. I’m so grateful to have chosen AmeriSpec for our home inspection and with Cory’s report, I’m very much looking forward to closing on the house in a few weeks!
