Easy to organize, inspection was thorough and the inspector was great to work and included practical recommendations.
Very friendly and was helpful explaining the process and what was required for the testing, answered all questions WRT the efficiency test. Very professional and efficient. My energy advisor was Amanda Pride, she came equipped with everything she needed including a small step ladder to check out my attic and was thorough, providing feedback on my home. The whole process was less stressful than I expected, it was a pleasure having her complete my home test, thanks again for being prompt in getting my assessment done.
The inspector was knowledgeable, professional and on time.

I felt that Robert was very rushed. A small piece of my new screen door was dislodged when he was doing the door test.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, building process, materials used, including how to operate all the mechanicals and how to maintain all the systems. He shared his knowledge and answered all our questions.

notre inspecteur était super à très professionnel je recommande vraiment il nous a très bien conseillé et expliqué li’inspection au fur et un mesure franchement nous sommes vraiment content de l’avoir eu comme inspecteur il oublie rien check tout au dessus en dessous à droite à gauche nickel nous le donnons un 5⭐️ facile merci à Mr. Alain Bibeau grand merci pour votre inspection et pour cette super cartable pour nous accompagner.
