Friendliness and informative nature of my inspector.
I liked the update given during the walk through. It was easy to understand and all of my questions were answered. The report was very thorough and very well done including pictures.

Steve was very thorough and professional, he provided lots of suggestions in the report. I ended up upgrading insulation where possible, mitigated air leakage, am installing my last two triple pane windows and had solar installed. I haven't got the final report, but I think I will drop 8GJ from the initial report to the final for envelope energy consumption, and 32 GJ for the solar.
I addressed all but one of the suggestions.

Our inspector was extremely professional and provided a very meticulous report the same day as the inspection, complete with pictures throughout of any concerning areas. This document was followed up by an in-depth discussion of each item, noting its severity and discussing potential solutions.
