Covid a scheduling kerfuffle and then car trouble. Then if I can't make the date over the holidays you can't get back for three more months. I'm floating alone and paying interest waiting on you guys not even an offer to do it for free that's really really terrible customer service

Prices changed after agreement was already entered into without notice. Spoke to office who couldn’t help. Spoke to maybe Steve Huddle (owner or manager) who similarly couldn’t help and described my calm line of questioning as aggressive and said I was trying to nickel and dime him. Used him as our home inspector 4 years prior and liked the service enough to return for Greener Homes grant but won’t return again.
Steve did what he said he would when he said he would do it. He explained each step along the way and looked after all the paperwork. If the rest of the promise goes as smoothly we will be very happy.

Steve who came out to do our inspection was a great person and it was a painless process.
