Very helpful, friendly and professional inspector
Overall it was a good inspection the only thing that could have been done is give the client a heads up on what would be done for the inspection more details on the process that's all.
It was a very informative walk through. Gavin was polite and had good feedback on making our home more energy efficient.
Josee was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Clean courtesy fast
This has been extremely annoying, I called a month ago to cancel, I emailed last month, then I got a reminder that a guy was coming to do the inspection, I emailed again to cancel that. Then on Sat I got a call he was at MY house! I had to text him to let him know this whole process. Then an invoice!!!! What is going on? I will be leaving a review for sure. One mistake is fine, but on-going communication issues. Not professional.
