I love the friendly staff! I'm greeted with a smile, my waiter/waitress is always friendly and I love interacting with the bartenders and management team. They suggest new menu items and seasonal options that I love. It's a great place to watch a game or sit in the bar and enjoy the atmosphere.

I enjoy the employees attitudes and that makes me think they enjoy their jobs. That then results in better food coming out to me. The management staff at the Kingsport store are great. I’ve became a regular customer because of that. Whatever ECW is doing please keep it up.
