My husband and I ate at East Coast Wings recently and was treated exceptionally well. There were a couple of little things not right with our food and the staff was more than happy to make it right. We love their wings and have been frequent visitors in the past but had not been there for a while. We will visit again very soon.

The food is always exceptional. Every type of wing flavor we’ve tried has been better than expected. Servers and staff are always cheerful and fun to interact with. Always a great experience dining at East Coast in Kingsport!!

I love the people and the atmosphere
The bartenders are friendly and the food is great. We live in the Colonial Heights area of My Kingsport close to interstate 81. It is exit 59. There are no restaurants with a bar in them anywhere in our area. I wish you all would open a restaurant here. I know it would get alot of business. With hotels being here and Warriors Path State Park and knowing it would be the only place out here to go with a bar in it.

Food was great. Seriously tasty burger. The grilled chicken on the salad was so good. These are some of the best of the best wings in Kingsport.
The new dip was a little odd. It was the jalapeño dip. I think the beer cheese (which I like on its own) threw off the flavor from all the other ingredients.
