It is clearly visible that the JC location is trying to reestablish the business it once had. The staff is more attentive, the wings are back to the size they were when it first opened, the food arrived to the table hot, the carrots were fresh and crispy and drinks were replenished without having to ask. It seemed as though my comments from a previous visit were taken seriously and the issues addressed. Restored my faith in wanting to go more frequently. Thank you for the effort.

The food has always been prepared well and taste good. The General Manager always makes his presence known when he is there by checking on us and our food. Shane is one of the most hands on GM's I have ever seen in a restaurant.
The staff is always friendly. It's a good environment. My family has always had a positive dinning experience here. Plus the food is always great.
Shane, Randy, Lonno, and other staff ALWAYS treats customers as if they Have been friends for years. . Food is good, drinks are cold, and service is outstanding.

Your nachos are awesome! You make a perfect portion with exactly what I want on them! I also like your plethora of wing tasting choices. I think it would be great if you had an option to try your wing flavors when visiting.

The service is great! The chips and beer cheese are the best! Always get a large portion and I usually bring some home.
