Raging ranch wings are the best.
We used to dine at the Johnson City location, but that store closed. We happened to be in Kingsport on Saturday and decided to eat there. My family loves the different flavors of wings. We ate in the bar area and our waitress/bartender was named Angie. She was bubbly, friendly and acted like she loved her job. We left there having had a great experience. Great food and great service.
We went to East Coast Wings for our son's graduation party. Monica at the Kingsport Tn. location took care of us. She was the greatest! Thank you, Monica, for making our day even better!

It is clean and the management staff checks in on you.
My only recommendation would be a revamp of the decor and more dark beer selection instead of the same old two :)
How nice Jason was and how when he heard my order wrong and my wrap only had shrimp in it instead of shrimp and chicken he corrected it and I wasn't charged extra for it

Cold beer and great service. I stop here after work almost every day and have a few drinks before I go home. Angie is awesome. She knows what I want and she's always positive and upbeat and works well with everyone. Randy is awesome too. East coast wings is my hangout.
I love that you can special order extra crispy and extra wet wings. The flavors are awesome!
