Michael Bell is the anchor that keeps this store open. He is friendly, smart, personable; he really does keep customers coming in. I don't care how much you pay him, it is not enough!
Actually, Michael just gave me a "pure sample" of the Korean. It is any added heat that ruins its flavor!
love ECW, we only come there because of Michael Bell and Olivia.. They take good care of their customers...wish the Owners took good care of their employees....Turn over is high ....people notice......will miss coach too.

Multiple flavors and heat levels of wings. My previous servers have been slow and sub par, but my server on Wednesday, November 1st, 2017 around 3pm at the Johnson City location was very very good!

Everything. First time I've been in this particular unit in a while and found it to be, as always, outstanding. Our waitress, Summer, was pleasant, attentive and alert to our every want or need. I tried the new Pimento Burger, which was super (could have had just a tiny bit more pimento maybe) and as always, the french fries were the best that can be found (Iike McDonald's were in times past). Will be back soon !!!
