I am a fan of the products and services. I always have been. I was, however, disappointed recently when I was charged $81 for a service call for my pool pump which was making a terrible buzzing noise. The pump had been installed just 2-1/2 months earlier, so I felt that being charged for a service call was inappropriate.
Justin Christ was great to deal with and ensured that I was completely satisfied with my 5th wheel purchase.

We had to bring in our RV for some repairs that were out of our wheelhouse. We were given a quote, a day when to drop it off, and all went very smoothly. An electric and plumbing repair. The price we thought was fair, no surprises! Smooth and easy, don't find that to often, AND on time!!!

The Service team did great warranty work, and the office team were very friendly and full of good advice. There is a decent sized store as well to pick up some essential items.

The inventory is priced to purchase but what really makes this dealership better than most is the after the sale care the service department provides. Personally I had 2 vent fans break one in warranty the other just out. Dave went right to the manufacturer of the unit I purchased and the manufacturer agreed to provide me with both slightly upgraded fans and some labor to boot. I thought I might have to contact GD but this service department works hard for the customer especially if you provide the documentation and photos they're on it. I'm not saying that I got in and out the door with no fee but they do take care of their customers to the best of there ability.
