Charles is a great salesmen and caring for the costermers kids and grand kids. one of our grand children took a little fall and he was concerned and made the kids day by giving them a little bear. and the counter lady grabbed an ice pack. you workers are very caring. so on that note one other company was cheaper on the price for same fifth wheel , but I punched from your company. Recently, my RV developed a storage tank leak right before I was ready to head out on a trip. I called service advisor Dave B. and he was able to get the vehicle in the shop where he and the technicians quickly addressed the problem. Thanks to the team effort I was able to leave on schedule as planned.
