Good atmosphere
Very diverse crowd (different ages and body types) that comes here. No pressure from anyone and everyone seems to be in a good mood. I stopped going because my schedule is very hectic, and it wasn't worth it. I plan on being back though.

The new cleaning people do an outstanding job! It is always great walking into a gym and smelling PineSol!! The people are friendly and its not intimidating.

The Lady at front desk was amazing.
The gym has adequate equipment and has station with wipes to clean the weights and benches. Plus there multiple selects of drinks and protein shakes in the cooler. An if you want a fresh made before or after smoothie there a health bar in the gym.

I like how the staff and the members are really nice. I also like the overall cleanliness and brightness of the facility. I visited another location at one time and it was so dark and gloomy. It made me appreciate the West Bloomfield branch even more!
I especially love the pool area where I’m slowly learning and enjoying swimming. I also love the spacious shower stalls.
I’m also discovering all the free classes and enjoying them too!
I wish this location was open 24 hours during weekends. I have so much to do during the day and it’s only in the evenings when I can go and workout. But other than that, I’m happy to be a member of this gym, particularly the West Bloomfield location. Thank you!
