I like the variety of machines. As somebody who has had shoulder surgery I cannot use a standard shoulder machine. I need to be able to turn arms inwards and they have a machine like that.

Great facility, clean and friendly staff!
The gym itself is great, especially for weight lifters like me. The only thing I’m not thrilled about is the recent uptick in members bringing in tripods, attaching their phones to them, and recording content for, presumably, social media. It’s not a frequent thing but I don’t think it’s appropriate to take up space with that sort of equipment and then making people have to walk around it in order to stay out of the video or to feel like they’d be blocking the video if they walked through the shot. If it were up to me, there would be no tripods or obstructing pathways with video shooting.

I have enjoyed my trainer, Yianni, for past 4 years encourage me and guide my steps. The gym is kept very clean, but I wish I had more choices to use my points.

Wide variety of equipment and classes. A very clean, well-maintained facility and proactive, friendly and helpful staff. I love the vibe of this location and fellow members are courteous and respectful of the facility/equipment and their fellow members.

As a 13 year member, this is one of the most well equipped and clean gym's in the area!
The only thing to improve this amazing facility, would be to implement and monitor a no texting policy...for the entitled under 25 crowd
Beautiful facility. Friendly staff.
The only issue I have with the gym is the ammount of time it takes to get things fixed. The latest issue being the shower in the men's locker room. The repair made the shower usable but still in not fully fixed, the head still leaks like the water is not fully shut off, there was a leak from the hose to where it attached to the hose that needed to be fully tightened.
Overall I very much enjoy the gym and the staff at the front desk alway greets or says good bye.

I love the atmosphere and the vibe of a new gym. Machines are up to date, not run down and always machines available and perfect location. I will be leaving the current gym I’m attending to go to this one!
