All around an awesome gym from front desk- Nick and Kristine to trainers- DJ, Anthony, Jenna and Tiffany and yoga instructor Lisa! I love my gym and enjoy going every single day!!!!

What do you like about our services?

I use the pool three days a week and I like the way it is maintained. The staff is great, and the facilities are always clean. My one big complaint is in the locker room where the background music is annoying. Can we please have some alternatives to hip hop and rap music. Also, the "points" system is a joke. Why is it necessary to call some phone number to find out about points I am not receiving? I have not received any emails about points and I have been at the gym three times a week fir the last year. I also find the app useless. Plus, why can't points be applied to purchase things like t shirts and sweat shirts, which are way over priced

I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly to help out with any issue also 24/7 opening is always a plus.

What do you like about our services?

They stayed open during the pandemic, just implemented good equipment cleaning policies and kept the supplies full to do so, in order to keep everyone safe. They were Responsible to members health on both sides of the spectrum. Most gyms just closed their doors and turned their backs on their own members who needed the gyms to keep their bodies healthy. PowerHouse St. Clair Shores, stayed open.
