The atmosphere is very conducive to getting serious in the gym. A lot of people work out there who really know what they are doing. It's also a clean, friendly environment.

It’s conveniently located off a major expressway. The facility has everything you need. Offers extras (PT, towels, tanning and massage chairs) for those needs as well!

All around a great gym! I’m there daily and from front desk like Kristine, Mo, Nick to awesome training like Anthony, DJ, Stacy and of course Tiffany! I truly say my happy place!
Great Place to work out with no judgement, when I go mid day there are always machines available. The staff is very helpful!

Likes: location. I drive 6 miles to get there straight on 12 mile road early in the morning. I feel safe and comfortable.

Women’s workout room on the upstairs.
Dislikes: we need coat hunger in women’s locker room specially winter time.
Shower is not hot enough. I have to use Sauna in a hurry.
Is there break room for the workers? They have been eating publicly wherever they feel comfortable at the customer service area?

Overall, a nice gym. Very clean, lots of equipment and classes. Poo, area is nice as is the sauna in the locker rooms. My only complaint is that they haven’t returned to a 24 hour schedule since Covid. Please consider opening at 6 a.m. on Sunday’s and 4 a.m. on Monday. There are a lot of us super early risers out there- 7 a.m. on Sunday to open is much too late
great gym, clean, updated. My only complaint is that I don't like the rap music. I wish you would play a variety of everything
