Very clean and well bright. Locker room is open and clean. What I don't like is the volume of the music. It is obnoxiously loud. Younger people have their head phones on almost exclusively and everyone else is forced to listen to the obnoxious music. The music should be much lower. Stop letting employees dictate the style and volume of music. The volume of the music is the only reason I would not give this gym a 10.

The place is very clean. Great equipment. Everyone that’s works there are friendly. It’s just a well run place!

I have been enjoying the group fitness. Being new to weights I like the classes that incorporate weights and strengthening. If you could also add more of those types of classes that would be great. I also like that the women have their own room. With all the body builders in the place it can be intimidating to go out onto the main floor.

Workout classes
Employees make good effort to keep gym clean. Like availability of cleaning products to use in cleaning weight equipment before & after using .
One concern: Whirlpool needs to be more closely monitored and cleaned more often .Unfortunately many members do not shower before use of whirlpool which requires more frequent cleaning and treatment of water quality

I really appreciate the variety of equipment, the new equipment and the quick repair of broken equipment. I love the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the gym.

Kind, friendly, clean, non-toxic workout environment.
The place is very clean and open. The machines are newer, so many machines to choose from. The front staff is less passive than the West Bloomfield one. The young lady actually took the time to talk to me. In W. Bloomfield, there a bunch of people in the front and very few acknowledge you. It is like they are in a club interacting with themselves. I love the showers so spacious and clean. My only ask if for the plastic bags, I like to use them after the shower to put wet clothes from the sauna.
The community of people, even the pajama teenagers are funny.
