Kind, friendly, clean, non-toxic workout environment.
The place is very clean and open. The machines are newer, so many machines to choose from. The front staff is less passive than the West Bloomfield one. The young lady actually took the time to talk to me. In W. Bloomfield, there a bunch of people in the front and very few acknowledge you. It is like they are in a club interacting with themselves. I love the showers so spacious and clean. My only ask if for the plastic bags, I like to use them after the shower to put wet clothes from the sauna.
Cleaned and sanitized regularly, as well as wipes made available for patrons. Machines and equipment repaired as needed...
PS the arm pad on the curl machine has been ripped for some time.

Honestly, there are plenty of positive things to mention. I like the staff that I've met, all helpful and relaxed, they all have a sense of humor and don't act like robots, we need that now more than ever with most actionable business encounters being automated. Lots of happy people around just trying to better themselves is inspiring, not just a bunch of people on gear that look like supermodels or elite bodybuilders. I'll continue to workout at one of your facilities every day and push friends to get in there. Thanks

The facility was clean and well maintained.
I enjoy this gym and recommend it for working out. The gym is open 24/7. They gym is clean and has good equipment and exercise equipment. There is an area for every type of working out. the Yoga class is welcoming and excellent. Everyone is friendly here and staff members are pleasant and always willing to assist.
Why did the recycle bin go away? It is uncoinsiable to not recycle.
Fix all the bench press / leg press bars. Many are not directly level anymore and it is not good for quality workouts.

I like the range of different exercise equipments available and the staff is very courteous. However the TVs on the eliptical machines do not work and it's been for a long time. Also, the locking mechanism for the doors are difficult to operate. I would prefer a different system
I really appreciate the variety of equipment, the new equipment and the quick repair of broken equipment. I love the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the gym.
