The guy that came out to clean our carpet did a fantastic job! He called and told me he was able to come early if I was ready, which worked out for both of us. When he arrived, he explained everything, walked through with a black light and got down to the floor every time he saw a stain to give it a smell test to see what it was! This was above and beyond the service we were expecting. He then worked very hard on our carpet and they looked amazing afterwards. I ran the vacuum over them 2 days later and picked up almost nothing. Very please with our experience specially because of our awesome representative we had.
